We are thrilled that you have chosen to become a member of the Pensacola Association of REALTORS®!

With all the things a new REALTOR® must do to start their career in real estate, the process of joining an Association can sometimes be confusing. We have put together this page full of information to make the process a little easier. If you have questions at any point, give us a call at (850) 434 - 5507 and request to speak with Laurie Moritz.
Step 1: Have your broker send us the following items.
-
A screenshot showing you are active with the brokerage on myfloridalicense.com.
-
Your email address.
-
Your cell phone number.

Please send these items to Laurie Moritz at laurie@pensacolarealtors.org.

Step 2: Review your Welcome Email & complete your New Member Application.
Once Laurie receives the three items listed in Step 1, she will begin to set up your membership.
You will receive a welcome email with the following items included…
-
A New Member Application.
-
Your National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS) ID.
-
Your PAR MLS login information.
-
Your PAR Member Portal login information.

Within your New Member Application, you will find information on…
-
How to make an appointment to get a Supra E-Key.
-
How to complete your code of Ethics training.
-
How to complete New Member Orientation.
-
How to complete MLS Orientation.

Please complete your New Member Application and return it to Laurie Moritz at laurie@pensacolarealtors.org.

Step 3: Pay your Membership Dues & Application Fee.
Once you return the New Member Application mentioned in Step 2, you will receive instructions to pay your membership dues online via your PAR Member Portal.
Your membership dues are prorated to the month your membership begins. For more information on the price of membership dues, please contact Laurie Moritz at laurie@pensacolarealtors.org.

If you have already paid your dues for the current year to another Association, please contact them and request a "Letter of Good Standing." With a current "Letter of Good Standing," the state and/or national membership dues included in your PAR membership dues may be waived.
In addition to your membership dues, you are required to pay a $200 application fee.

Step 4: Complete Code of Ethics training, New Member Orientation, and MLS Orientation within 90 days.
Once you've joined PAR, there are three things you must do to keep your membership current.
Within the first 90 days of joining the Association, you will need to complete the following...

-
Code of Ethics Training
-
New Member Orientation
-
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Orientation
More information on all these items is included in your New Member Application, as we mentioned in Step 2.
